Linwater Caravan Park

Surrounded by beautiful farmland you can take peaceful walks with the dog or kick back and relax after a busy day. The kids will love our new play park where they can meet new friends and run off steam and, for every one else, there are plenty of on site amenities to ensure you have a comfortable stay.

We are open all year round.

Booking Information

For touring bookings we require a deposit of £25/£31 to secure your pitch with the remaining balance to be paid 7 days before arrival. For self-catering bookings we require a 20% deposit at the time of booking with the remaining holiday balance to be paid 30 days prior to arrival. Bookings made less than 7 or 30 days respectively prior to arrival will require a full payment at the time of booking.

Touring & Camping

Our touring pitches are all well drained, flat and spacious. You have the option of our generously sized fully serviced hard standing, hard standing and grass pitches. All sites feature a 16 Amp electric hook-up and tap, with serviced pitches having the additional convenience of grey water drainage in a quieter location of the site.

Luxury Lodges

Each lodge provides a modern open-plan living space with a well-equipped kitchen, dining and seating area. This opens out onto a decked balcony with views of the park. The decked area has outdoor seating and a BBQ with complementary gas.

Caravan Holiday Homes

Our static caravans are stylish, practical and modern. They are available all year round, and you can check in on any day of the week, meaning you’re not tied to the traditional arrival days of most parks!
